War of Emperium (WoE) is the ultimate large-scale PvP event in Ragnarok Online, where guilds compete to conquer and defend castles. It’s a true test of teamwork, strategy, and dedication.
🗺️ WoE NPCs
In Prontera, we have two dedicated NPCs to enhance your WoE experience:
1️⃣ WoE Information NPC
Located in Prontera, this NPC provides essential information about War of Emperium:
- Check Schedule: Know when the next WoE event will take place.
- View Castle Owners: Stay updated on which guilds currently own castles.
2️⃣ WoE Rewards NPC
- Located in Prontera.
- You can only claim your rewards when WoE is not active.
- Rewards can be claimed if you participated in the last WoE for more than 45 minutes.

- Remember that participating actively in WoE is crucial to qualify for the rewards.
- Castle ownership information and schedules are always available via the WoE Information NPC.
📏 WoE Rules
All players are expected to show good sportsmanship during War of Emperium (WoE). These rules apply inside and outside the castle:
- 10.1 No pre-WoE sabotage – Do not weaken competitors shortly before WoE (e.g., PvP attacks).
- 10.2 No blocking pathways – Dropping items or placing merchants at castle entrances to obstruct movement is not allowed.
- 10.3 No spam invites – Do not send trade/party/guild invitations to disrupt strategies.
- 10.4 No trap blocking – Do not obstruct defensive setups before WoE begins.
- 10.5 No emblem switching – Changing your guild emblem during WoE is disabled, but attempting to bypass this rule is forbidden.
- 10.6 No impersonation – Do not copy or modify a competitor’s guild emblem to deceive others.
